Stueder Contractors, of Great Bend, announced its latest addition to the product line – Generac Generators. This expansion is in direct response to a recent severe storm that struck the region in July, leaving Stueder Contractors and its customers without power for hours to days.

The severe storm that hit the area in July exposed the vulnerabilities posed by power outages, leaving some customers without electricity for extended periods in their homes and businesses.

"After experiencing the challenges of a few short hours of power loss ourselves, we were able to jump in quickly and help local residents and businesses get back up and running," said owner Terry Stueder. "Witnessing the struggles of customers who went without power for much longer, we realized the necessity of having a backup power solution in place to continue serving our clients when they need us the most. We have taken this opportunity to not only secure our own operations but to also offer a comprehensive range of Generac Generators to both residential and commercial clients."

Stueder Contractors now offers a variety of Generac Generator options. These generators are designed to activate during power outages, ensuring that systems remain operational.

"Installing a generator goes beyond just the unit itself; it involves intricate procedures such as tying into power systems, running a gas line, proper placement, and more," explained Gary Wondra, heating and air conditioning sales manager at Stueder Contractors. "You can buy a generator anywhere, even on Amazon, but you should think twice before trying to install on your own and use a turnkey provider who can manage it all."
