From the Great Bend Chamber of Commerce...

We’d like to say, “thank you” to the business community. As we celebrate an impressive milestone of 30 years of Kids Ag Day, we want to extend our heartfelt appreciation to you, our valued business community. Your unwavering support has been the cornerstone of this event's success, helping us educate and inspire countless young minds about the vital role of agriculture in our lives and the growing career opportunities.

For three decades, Kids Ag Day has annually provided 400+ fourth-grade students from public and private schools in Claflin, Hoisington, Ellinwood, Otis-Bison, Pawnee Rock, and Great Bend with an immersive experience in agriculture. This event fosters education and awareness in this vital industry, shaping the next generation's understanding of the importance of agriculture in our community and beyond.

To express our gratitude, we are delighted to invite you to a special Appreciation Breakfast on Wednesday, Sept. 4, from 6:30 a.m. to 7:30 a.m. This is an opportunity for us to personally thank you for your contributions over the years. Following breakfast, we will have a Ribbon Cutting ceremony at 7:45 a.m., marking three decades of this impactful event. We also invite you to stay and experience Kids Ag Day firsthand, seeing the difference your support has made.

Donations Still Being Accepted
We also ask you to consider making a contribution or donation to ensure the continued success of Kids Ag Day. Your generosity will help us sustain and grow this important tradition, fostering a deeper understanding and appreciation of agriculture among the next generation.

We look forward to celebrating with you and continuing this journey together.
