A group wants to place a memorial in Veterans Park with the City of Great Bend's permission.
6. 2023 Year End Transfers
A motion to approve the 2023 nonbudgeted transfers in the amount of $1,550,000.
7. Property & Casualty Insurance Renewal
A motion to approve the purchase of the 2024 property & casualty insurance as presented.
8. Zarah Lofts
A motion to approve a resolution to establish an RHID with the city and setting a public hearing for Feb. 5, 2024. Justin Pregont with Pomeroy Development will address the governing body about the Zarah Lofts RHID, MIH-ARPA agreement and the loan agreement.
