T & L Fireworks, a provider of fireworks in central Kansas, marked the commencement of their fireworks season with a ribbon cutting ceremony in collaboration with the Great Bend Chamber of Commerce. This event took place on June 27, marking the beginning of their 53rd year in business.
The ribbon cutting ceremony was attended by family members, friends and employees of T & L Fireworks, who all gathered to celebrate the milestone achievement. Independence Day has just concluded, and T & L Fireworks experienced yet another successful season, offering a range of fireworks products to their customers.
Co-Managers Christy Kuhn and Kathy Kaiser expressed their excitement about the season's launch, stating, "We are thrilled to commemorate our 53rd year serving Central Kansas with three generations of the Barnes family. Our mission remains steadfast in providing good quality fireworks at affordable prices, catering to everyone's needs. We are immensely proud of the reputation we have built and the enduring support from our dedicated staff and customers. We are here today and will be here tomorrow, continuing to serve our beloved communities."
T & L Fireworks operates three air-conditioned locations, open from June 27 to July 4. The main location, spanning 7,500 square feet, can be found at 159 North 281 HWY, just 1/2 mile North of 24th & Main St. in Great Bend. Additionally, customers can visit the West 10th location at 5215 West 10th St. Great Bend, located just West of the old Playa Azul. T & L Fireworks also serves Larned and surrounding counties at 718 Fort Larned Ave., with the assistance of members of First Christian Church.
