
The Central Kansas League announced their 2021 Football All-League
selections. Hoisington had seven players selected.
Legend Robinson was a unanimous selection to the 1st Team Offense. Robinson rushed for 1,906 yards and had 27 touchdowns in his senior
season. Offensive linemen Cole Gilliland and Caiden Hoffman joined Robinson on
the 1st team.
Gilliland and Robinson were also named to the 1st Team Defense.
Chase Steinert, who led the Cardinals in tackles this year with 47, was also
selected to the 1st Team Defense.
Sophomore Tony Moore made the 2nd Team Defense.
Moore was also selected to the Honorable Mention offensive team along with
lineman Spencer Mintz. Senior Wyatt Wikum was named to the Honorable Mention
defensive team.
The Larned Indians’ kicker Fernando Herrera was chosen to the 1st
Team Offense.
Larned’s Logan Erway, Carlos Ibarra and Luke Wilson were named to the 2nd Team Offense. Herrera, Erway, Brady Hope and Creighton Haney were selected to the 2nd Team Defense.
Hope was added to the Honorable Mention offensive team and Ibarra was put on the Honorable Mention defensive team.
