The Great Bend Chamber of Commerce recently hosted a Chamber Coffee and Ribbon Cutting ceremony for KanEquip, Inc. on May 30, commemorating their 5th anniversary in the Great Bend community. This milestone marks five successful years since KanEquip acquired Straub International in 2019.
Scott Dewerff, Store Manager of KanEquip's Great Bend location, expressed his gratitude and excitement for the celebration, highlighting the company's growth and strong community ties over the past five years.

KanEquip has not only contributed to the agribusiness community but has also played a role in supporting the Chamber's Annual Kids Ag Day. This September marks the 30th anniversary of Kids Ag Day, an event dedicated to agricultural education for youth. Scott Dewerff serves as this year's Committee Chairperson, ensuring the event's continued success and impact on the community.
