 Sarah Jean Kemp, 28, passed away September 16, 2021 in Larned.

She was born December 12, 1992 in Hoisington, the daughter of William Jackson Crawford and Christina Love Champ. A longtime area resident, she was a CNA at Diversicare of Larned.

She enjoyed riding horses, fishing, camping, shooting and traveling to Colorado.

On June 6, 2015, she married Dustin Edward Kemp in Manhattan, KS. He survives.

Other survivors include four children, Johnathon Kemp, Kelli Kemp, Chloe Crawford-Henkle, Conor Crawford-Henkle, all of the home; father, Bill (Megan) Crawford, Lyons; mother, Christina Champ, Hoisington; father-in-law, Kelly (Tamera) Kemp, Manhattan; mother-in-law, Beth (Wayne) Morgan, Nekoma; four brothers, Joshua, Stephen, Shane, Dakota; two sisters, Kinsley, Allison and a great-grandfather, Carl Henkle, Hutchinson.

She was preceded in death by her great grandmother, Mary Henkle and a grandmother, Doris Clark.

A memorial service will be at 3 p.m. Friday, September 24, 2021 at Beckwith Mortuary, Larned with Rick Standlee and Larry Porter presiding. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Thursday, September 23, 2021 at the mortuary.
