Tourhealth has operated a COVID-19 PCR testing site at Barton Community College since Nov. 28 to allow residents more opportunities to be tested, this service was discontinued as of Dec. 13.
In response to the Tourhealth site closing, the Barton County Health Department will expand its COVID testing to allow residents to be tested in a convenient manner.
Drive through testing will be available weekly on Monday from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m., Wednesday and Friday from 9 a.m. to 12 noon at the health department.
Testing forms may be found at www.bartoncounty.org under the health department tab, prefilling the testing form will expedite your visit to the testing site, but is not required.
