On Oct. 17, the Great Bend Chamber of Commerce joined Azria Health Woodhaven to celebrate the facility’s renovations with a ribbon cutting ceremony. Located at 1560 K-96 Highway, Great Bend, the event showcased the community spirit of Azria Health, featuring a seasonal spread of refreshments for all attendees.
Over the past three years, Azria Health Woodhaven has undergone extensive renovations since its acquisition, revitalizing areas such as the lobby, hallways, resident suites, therapy gym, dining room, and nurses' station.
The renovations are part of Azria Health’s mission to deliver compassionate, personalized care through state-of-the-art programs that promote social engagement while maintaining individualized health plans. The newly designed spaces not only elevate the aesthetic appeal but also enrich the overall experience for residents and their families, ensuring everyone feels truly at home.
