The Zarah Apartments project is an adaptive reuse and historic preservation project that will create twenty four (24) new apartment units in the historic Zarah Hotel, right on the courthouse square in downtown Great Bend.
With a coffee shop and a brand new restaurant on the first floor of the Zarah building, a six screen movie theater and a microbrewery just down the block, and a beautiful courthouse square/green space right across the street, the quality of life afforded to future residents of the Zarah Apartments will rival that of any downtown housing development in the entire state of Kansas.
