The City of Great Bend is seeking sponsors again that would like to
advertise their business at the Great Bend Sports Complex. Last March, the city
opened up the opportunity for individuals or businesses to purchase a sign
throughout the facility.
City Administrator Brandon Anderson said applications
are being accepted if anyone wants to advertise around the multiple baseball
and softball fields.
"We emailed or sent the flyer to a lot of business," said Anderson. "We want to give them an opportunity to advertise at our sports fields. That also helps the parks department and goes back to the Sports Complex maintenance and upgrades."
There are outfield signs, where a 4' x 8' sign would be placed along
the fence. There are also interior signs, with 4' x 4' signs located
throughout the facility.
