Residential Customers will be receiving a notice via mail this week relating to an option to move all residential customers from alley sanitation services to curbside sanitation services. There are several goals to this proposed change which all aim toward improving department efficiency and provide multiple opportunities for saving dollars.
We want to hear from you. The mailer provides a link for residential customers to complete a brief survey. Online response not for you? The mailer also includes a brief paper survey that can be returned to the City Office at your convenience. A response by phone is also welcome.
