Local law enforcement is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a wanted fugitive.
Authorities are looking for José Torres Junior. Torres is Hispanic male, 38 years, 180 pounds, 5’8, with numerous tattoos. Torres is wanted for a corrections violation out of Barton County with a $50,000 bond.
