GBRC: How to maintain a fall landscape

The Great Bend Recreation Commission will be hosting a free Stop ‘N Learn Session titled “How To Maintain A Fall Landscape” on Wednesday, Oct. 7, from 12:00 – 1:00 pm at the Great Bend Rec Activity Center (2715 18th Street). 

Do you have a yard that you take great pride in or one that could use some help?  Come learn about how to properly maintain a landscape in the cooler months.  Topics will include tree pruning, lawn maintenance, and basic garden care.  Handouts and snacks will be provided.    This program is limited to the first 20 participants.  The presentation will also be available on the Great Bend Rec Facebook page as a live event.  Lauren Fick, Cottonwood Extension District Horticulture Agent, will be the speaker for the program.
