The Great Bend Middle School (GBMS) Vocal Music Programs will host a Chili Supper on Wednesday, Oct. 28, at Great Bend High School, 2027 Morton St., offering the community an evening of food, music, and support for local students.
The chili supper will be served from 5 to 6:30 p.m., followed by a 7 p.m. concert featuring the Hays High Plains Barbershop Chorus. No GBMS students will perform during the concert.
Fundraiser proceeds will help purchase concert attire for GBMS choir students, including dresses for Women in Harmony and Music in Motion, and ties and cummerbunds for male choir students. The goal is to ensure students have the attire they need for performances while keeping costs as manageable as possible for their families.
Each chili supper ticket includes admission to the concert. Tickets are available in limited quantities and may be purchased in advance by contacting Garrett Cole or a participating choir family. Tickets will also be available at the door while supplies last. Advance purchases are strongly encouraged.
The community is invited to enjoy a meal, experience an evening of music, and help support the GBMS Choir program.
