The Great Bend Recreation Commission will be hosting a free Stop ‘N Learn Session titled “Staying Positive As We Age” on Wednesday, Feb. 24, from 12 – 1 p.m. at the Great Bend Rec Activity Center (2715 18th Street).
What is the secret to successful aging? What is the secret to staying positive? Both are much more difficult when times are tough. Come join the discussion on healthy, positive aging.
This program is limited to the first 20 participants. The presentation will also be available on the Great Bend Rec Facebook page as a live event. Berny Unruh, Family & Community Wellness Agent, Cottonwood Extension District, will be the speaker for the program.
