Larned – Theodore V. “Teddy” Gingrich, 80, passed away June 6, 2022 at Salina Regional Health Center, Salina, KS.
He was born October 12, 1941 in Larned, the son of Ted Warder and Lola Emma Buhrer Gingrich. A lifetime area resident, he was a Farmer/Stockman.
He was a member of the Church of Christ, St. John, where he served as an Elder. He enjoyed Church, Farming and spending time with family and his dog, Roxie.
On October 22, 1961, he married Carol Ann McBride in St. John, KS. She survives.
Other survivors include: three daughters, Shari (Jim) Soukup, Desert Hills, AZ, Serena (Tim) Neidig, Belpre, KS, Lori (Brent) LaMar, Desert Hills, AZ; two sisters, Martha (Vince) Guzzo, Overland Park, KS, Vivian Johnston, Lenexa, KS; four grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his beloved dog, Roxie.
Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be 10 a.m. Saturday, June 11, 2022 at Larned United Methodist Church with Carl Feril presiding. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Friday, June 10, 2022 at Beckwith Mortuary, Larned. Inurnment will be in the Pleasant Valley Cemetery, Zook, KS.
