The Golden Belt Humane Society is busting at the seams with cats and kittens. The shelter has no more open kennels. In fact, the humane society had to set up crate cages to house kittens as well as utilize foster homes for litters of kittens.
In hopes of making space to keep serving the community, reduced adoption fees for cats/kittens started July 25.
If the kitten is not sterilized before leaving or old enough for a rabies vaccine, a spay/neuter contract will be issued along with a rabies voucher. All cats/kittens have had at least one round of vaccines (if not two), dewormed and monthly preventions administered.
