1. CALL TO ORDER AND PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
   Mike Johnson, Board Chair will call the meeting to order.

   Mike Johnson, Board Chair will invite public comments.

4. INTRODUCTION OF GUESTS AND NEW EMPLOYEES
   Carl Heilman, President will provide introductions and recognition of personnel.

   Todd Mobray, Director of Institutional Effectiveness will facilitate this update.

6. AG COMPLEX
   Lindsey Bogner, Executive Director of Institutional Advancement Administration will provide this update.

7. NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH SCIENCES (NIEHS) AND (PETE) NATIONAL PARTNERSHIP FOR ENVIRONMENTAL TECHNOLOGY EDUCATION PARTNERSHIP
   Lindsay Holmes, Director of Hazardous Materials, Emergency Management, and Occupational Safety and Health and Kurt Teal, Dean of Military Academics, Technical Education and Outreach Programs will facilitate this presentation.

8. END STATEMENTS REVIEW
   Mike Johnson, Board Chair will present for review and board consideration.

   Mike Johnson, Board Chair will facilitate this discussion.

   Routine items are presented for action in one motion. Any Trustee may remove an item from the consent agenda for individual discussion and action. It is recommended that the Board approve the consent agenda as presented.
