GREAT BEND, Kan. – Fuller Industries Inc. today announced that it has agreed to sell its chemical business to Betco. The sale took effect on October 30, 2026.
As part of the transaction, Betco will move production of the acquired product lines to its own manufacturing plant in Bowling Green, Ohio.
All Fuller Industries employees at the Great Bend plant have been offered the opportunity to apply for positions at Betco's Bowling Green facility if they wish to relocate. Fuller Industries is working directly with employees on the transition.

Fuller Industries and Betco have developed a detailed transition plans to support the continuity of supply and service. Fuller Industries has built inventory ahead of the transition to help maintain product availability. Betco will work directly with customers to provide ordering guidance and communicate applicable product changes throughout the process.
Great Bend Facility Remains Active
Fuller Industries will continue to own the Great Bend facility. The property currently has two tenants, and a third tenant is expected to take occupancy in January 2027. Fuller Industries remains committed to keeping the facility productive and contributing to the local economy.
