The Great Bend Recreation Commission will be hosting a free Lunch N Learn program at the Senior Center (2005 Kansas Ave.) titled, “Physical Wellness” on Wednesday, Feb. 1 at noon.
Join Dan Quillin, Physical Therapist and Clinic Director at Catalyst Therapy and Sports Rehab, as he discusses basic flexibility, strength, and cardiovascular wellness. If you would like to each lunch at the Senior Center that day, call the Senior Center (620-792-3906) by 1/31 to reserve a meal.
