From the city of Great Bend
The city of Great Bend will begin using new utility notification software to keep residents informed about important utility-related matters. Notifications may be delivered by text message, email, or an automated phone call and will include utility bill notices, shut-off notices, and service updates.
The new system is intended to help residents receive timely information about their utility accounts, stay informed about service-related issues, and reduce missed payments. The city of Great Bend Utilities Department will use the contact information currently on file to send notifications. Residents are encouraged to verify that their contact information is current to help ensure they receive these messages.
