With snowfall anticipated from Friday, Jan. 23 through Sunday, Jan. 25, the city of Great Bend kindly advises residents to avoid parking on Broadway between Main Street and Cherry Lane, as well as 24th Street between Main Street and McKinley.

This approach will allow the public works department to safely and efficiently clear more snow from these heavily trafficked areas while minimizing the number of driveways blocked in the removal efforts.

Please use caution and be attentive in these areas as crew members work.&nbsp; The City of Great Bend appreciates the community’s cooperation and patience in helping keep the streets clear and safe.
