A new restaurant in Great Bend will be opening soon as Los Cabos Fajita House is putting the finishing touches on their location at 619 Main Street. Positioned in the old Bookie’s Bar & Grill building, on south Main, Los Cabos expects to open within two weeks.
Maria Lopez mentioned the staff is
waiting on menus, decorations and possibly more waiters/waitresses.
"This will be for the whole family, both young and old," said Lopez. "We'll be serving fajitas, burritos and tacos, like a Tex-Mex restaurant. The flavor is good and hopefully everyone likes it."
Along with Great Bend, there is a Los Cabos located in Pratt. Lopez and her husband
also operate several other Mexican restaurants with different names in El
Dorado, Hays, Ellis, Hutchinson, Medicine Lodge and Kingman.
Lopez noted they will announce an official grand opening date within the next
couple of weeks.
