From the city of Great Bend
After two months of the utility online payment option being unavailable due to a software conversion, the city of Great Bend is pleased to announce its new payment portal is now live for residents.
The city officially completed its transition to Edmunds GovTech on Monday. The new software assists the city in streamlining daily accounting processes and eliminating time-consuming manual data entry. In addition, the new online payment portal provides customers with secure, convenient 24/7 access to view account information and make utility payments online.
Customers can view the new portal by visiting www.EdmundsGovPay.com/greatbendks and access their account by inputting their new Account ID and PIN.
New Account IDs have been included on previous utility bills. Utility bills issued during the current cycle and going forward will include the required PIN number. Please note that bills issued prior to July 20 do not include a PIN.
The new portal offers two convenient payment options for customers:
- Create an Account – Register for a secure account login to save your payment information, view account history, and manage your utility account online.
- Quick Pay – Make a one-time payment without creating an account. No payment information or login credentials are stored when using this option.
