The Great Bend Rec's adult coed softball season came to a close on Friday, Aug. 22 at the Great Bend Sports Complex. The league jumped from four teams in 2024 to eight in 2025.
After a 7-game regular season, the league was split into an open championship bracket and a recreational championship bracket.
La Pasadita Carniceria won the adult coed slow pitch softball open bracket championship. Javier Chavez was the team manager, and they defeated GMS Motors in the finals.
Los Illegals won the adult coed slow pitch softball recreational championship bracket. Hector Dominguez was the team manager, and they defeated Encounter Church's Holy Hitters in the finals.
