Join us on February 10, 2024, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. in the Great Bend Recreation Commission Activity Center located at 2715 18th Street to raise funds in support of the American Heart Association.
Heart of Kansas Family Health Care is proud to support an organization that focuses on mission-critical work within our community, by putting a spotlight on health equity and working to ensure everyone has an opportunity to live longer, healthier lives. All the money donated goes directly to The American Heart Association to support their mission of providing science-based information, health resources, community programs, research, and patient support throughout Kansas.
Your support will be used to address access to healthy foods, work to improve high blood pressure and chronic health conditions, eliminate tobacco and vaping, and address mental well-being.
