After having their six game winning streak broken with in a 9-8 loss in game one, the Barton Lady Cougar softball team responded by knocking off the Blue Dragons 8-7 in game two of a Jayhawk Conference double header Saturday at Cougar Field.
Barton is now 12-20 overall and 8-10 in the Jayhawk West while Hutchinson is now 21-13 at 11-7 in league play.
Barton is right back in action Sunday as they play at Dodge City in a double header that begins at 2 pm.
