BARTON COUNTY—One person was injured in an accident just before 2:30p.m. Wednesday in Barton County.
The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2004 Ford F250 driven by Amy M. Paden, 48, Great Bend, was northbound in the 700 Block of NE 20 Avenue.
The pickup left the roadway, struck a ditch upslope, rolled and struck a barbwire fence.
EMS transported Paden to Clara Barton Hospital in Hoisington. Fence damage to posts and wire is approximately 60 feet, according to the KHP. The KHP did not have seat belt usage information.
