At 12:13 a.m. a report of a male subject making comments about coming back with a gun and killing people was made at 1109 Main Street.
Narcotics Violation
At 1:44 a.m. Rakel Ryan was arrested for possession of methamphetamine at 12th & Harrison.
K-9 Use / Call Out
At 1:46 a.m. the K-9 was used during a traffic stop at 12th & Harrison.
Heart Problems
At 12:07 p.m. EMS assistance was needed at 1801 Stone Street.
Theft
At 12:34 p.m. a vehicle was reported stolen at 1400 Main Street. The person forgot where he parked and the vehicle was located.
Non-Injury Accident
At 1:18 p.m. an unknown vehicle was traveling north on Jackson Street and struck a legally parked vehicle.
Structure Fire
At 2:17 p.m. a report of smoke in the area was made at 5808 16th Street Ter. The smoke was from the funeral home in the area.
Criminal Damage
At 2:55 p.m. a report of someone putting insulation foam in the exhaust pipe was made at 1200 Jackson Street. The foam was removed and there was no damage.
Animal Complaint
At 3:12 p.m. a report of being bitten by her dog was made at 2900 16th Street.

At 8:21 p.m. a burglary was reported at 1407 8th Street.
