The orthopedics, physical therapy and sports medicine care team at The University of Kansas Health System welcomes Evan Schneider, DPT, ATC, physical therapist and certified athletic trainer, to Great Bend.
Schneider earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in athletic training from Kansas State University. He earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy from Creighton University’s Phoenix, Arizona, campus. Schneider has a specific interest in treating pediatric sports injuries.
“I was born and raised in Great Bend and decided to move back to help improve our local healthcare options,” Schneider said. “It’s also nice to be close to family again.”
Schneider’s hobbies and interests outside work include anything sports-related, traveling and hiking.
