Sunflower Electric Power Corporation, a transmission and generation partner in central and western Kansas, announced a comprehensive rebranding initiative that will shape the company's identity over the next year. This strategic move comes after months of careful planning, research, and consideration, aimed at better aligning our brand with our evolving business direction to best support our member-owners’ needs.

Why Rebrand?
As our company continues to grow and adapt in an ever-changing market, it is essential that our brand reflects our current direction and future ambitions. Our member-owners have voiced their desire for a more robust brand presence that effectively portrays the reliable, innovative, and trusting partner they are accustomed to. To address these needs, we are embarking on a brand refresh designed to more effectively represent our reputation, which will allow Sunflower to continue to attract and retain top talent and meet the evolving needs of our members—ensuring we are providing them with exceptional customer service.

From August 2024 through August 2025, we will be enhancing our identity and brand recognition. Our new visual identity features a modernized logo, fresh colors, and updated design elements that embody our forward-thinking vision. The updated color palette has been carefully selected to reflect our dynamic and innovative approach.
