If you’ve ever wanted to know more about the historic weapons used by Fort Larned soldiers, then consider joining the historic weapons crew at Fort Larned National Historic Site, west of Larned. The Fort will conduct a day-long weapons classroom day on Saturday, February 22nd. To attend, you must be 18 years of age or older. Participant will learn about nomenclature, proper drill techniques and history of the weapons systems used in firing demonstrations.
