The Great Bend Recreation Commission will be hosting a free Stop ‘N Learn Session titled “Great Bend-Brit Spaugh Zoo Animal Enrichment” on Wednesday, Dec. 4, from 12 – 1 pm at the Great Bend-Brit Spaugh Zoo (2123 Main St).
How do zoos keep animals stimulated and exhibiting natural behaviors? Through training and enrichment programs! Stop by the zoo and learn all about the training and enrichment done by zoo staff. Ashley Burdick, Keeper II / Vet Assistant, Great Bend-Brit Spaugh Zoo, will be the presenter for this program.
