
On Tuesday, Aug. 27, at about 4:15 p.m., Barton County Sheriff’s Office deputies conducted a traffic stop on US 281 Highway, near mile marker 102, just south of the City of Great Bend. Deputies conducted a probable cause search of the vehicle and located suspected cocaine, methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.
Arrested at the scene was Morgan Sallabedra, age 24 of Great Bend. Sallabedra was transported to the Barton County jail without incident and booked on requested charges of possession of cocaine, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and no drug tax stamp. She has since posted a $10,000 bond and has been released.
