5. Public Hearing - Dangerous Building - 750 Jefferson
An investigation was conducted from public right-of-way on the structure. Deficiencies include the roof being open, damage to CMU block at openings and broken windows/overhead door. The city will work with Jim Murphy on the removal of the structure.
6. Dangerous Building - 2421 12th Street
A resolution will be presented to set a public hearing date of March 4, 2024.
7. Dangerous Building - 1622 9th Street
A resolution will be presented to set a public hearing date of March 4, 2024.
8. Fire Staff Vehicle
A motion will be presented to purchase a fire staff vehicle from Superior Emergency Response Vehicles for $49,131.90.
9. On-call City Engineer Services
A motion will be presented to approve the proposal for on-call city engineer services from JEO Consulting for a monthly retainer fee of $900.
10. Executive Session
An executive session has been requested to seek legal advice for pending legal matters.
