Ralph Clayton Yahne, 85, passed away on October 17, 2021, at his home in Great Bend. He was born on November 29, 1935, at Willow Springs, Mo. He married June Skinner on September 21, 1957, at Great Bend. She died on November 3, 2019.

Coming from Ellinwood in 1964, Ralph was a Great Bend resident. He was a truck driver for Fed Ex Freight, formerly known as American Freight Ways and Arkansas Freight Ways. He was a United States Army veteran, having served during the Korean Conflict.

Survivors include two sons, Gary Yahne of Olmitz and William Yahne of Great Bend; a daughter, Nanette Yahne of Colony, Tex.; one grandson, Brian Keen; and two great-grandchildren, Shawn Keen and Landon Keen. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, June Yahne; and four brothers, Charles Yahne, Paul Yahne, Jess Yahne and Carl Yahne.

There will be no visitation as cremation has taken place. Private family services will be held at a later date.
