Several Great Bend leaders found a local connection during a trip to Washington, D.C. last week. Great Bend Chamber President Megan Barfield, Great Bend Economic Development Executive Director Jason Kuilan, and City Councilwoman Shelly Peacock stopped in to visit with Sen. Jerry Moran.

“I appreciated meeting with Megan, Shelly, and Jason to learn more about the growth in Great Bend, progress on projects at the Innovation Center, and the health of local businesses and downtown," Moran said. "I look forward to many good things coming in Barton County, and I appreciate these local leaders for visiting with me.”
