RICE COUNTY —One person was injured in an accident just after 2a.m. Saturday in Rice County.
The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2003 BMW 3 Series driven by Paul Andrew Vasquez, 50, Lyons, was eastbound on Avenue VV 5 Miles South East of Raymond.
The car left the roadway to the west and vaulted and rolled into a pasture. EMS transported Vasquez to Wesley Medical Center. He was not wearing a seat belt, according to the KHP.
