Preschoolers ages 3 to 5 and their grownups are invited to visit the Kansas Wetlands Education Center from 9:30 until 10:30 a.m. and again from 10:30 until 11:30 a.m. on Friday, January 31st for its next nature-based Turtle Tots program about winter birds. Children will learn about migration patterns, how seasons affect birds and winter birds native to Central Kansas. The event is free, but pre-registration is required by January 28th.
