A motion will be presented to approve the 2023 annual audit report.
6. IT server request for proposals
The current serve and backup solution the city has in place has become outdated. A motion will be presented to approve a low bid of $39,774.12 from SHI for the server replacement.
7. RFP Amber Meadows housing development phase 1
The City of Great Bend had been in a land purchase agreement which had become non-compliant with terms and when confronted with the breech, the party to the agreement chose to deed the properties back to the city. The city would now like to gauge the interest of other developers for the lots described. A motion will be presented to publicize the RFP and appointing a minimum of two and not more than four council representatives to serve on an evaluation and negotiation committee for the proposals once received.
