A Public Comment Hearing in the Russell and Hays Water Transfer proceeding will be held on June 20, 2023, at Fort Hays State University in the Student Union Black and Gold Room. The Public Comment Hearing will start at 6:00 p.m. with brief presentations by the cities, Water PACK, Edwards County, the Big Bend Groundwater Management District No. 5, and possibly State agencies. The public will then have an opportunity to provide comments.
