Celebrate the 2026 Great American Campout by camping at Heartland Farm.
The Great American Campout is a national movement encouraging Americans to experience the outdoors through camping – whether through organized events or in their own backyards. This year, embrace the outdoors June 26 – 27 by tent-camping either in Heartland Farm’s orchard or on the nature trails.
An included cookout with fellow campers will be followed by a campfire singalong. Later, enjoy starry skies and the sounds of nature lulling you to sleep.
Campers may experience local wildlife, such as deer, raccoons, and opossums. Close access to bathroom facilities is available.
Campsite for 1 – 4 campers: $25 Campsite for 5 – 10 campers: $50
Set up begins at 5 p.m. Friday. No pets, please. Weather permitting.
Registration is required in advance and closes on Wednesday, June 24. Learn more and register at heartlandfarm-ks.org/great-american-campout-2026.
