Gather friends, family, classmates, and teammates and make plans to come home for Fort Hays State University’s Homecoming weekend, Oct. 1 - 3 Visit FHSUhomecoming.com for additional information and to view a full schedule of the planned festivities. Several events on Friday, Oct. 2, and Saturday, Oct. 3, require advanced registration prior to Sept. 20, so don’t delay.

Friday, Sept. 25

1. Chamber Chat: Promoting FHSU Homecoming and Oktoberfest – FHSU Robbins Center, Memorial Union, Peter Werth Black and Gold Room, 9 a.m.

Monday, Sept. 28 – Sunday, Oct. 4

1. Online Homecoming – FHSU.edu/homecoming/online

Wednesday, Sept. 30

1. Royalty Meet and Greet and Treats – FHSU Quad, 11 a.m.

Thursday, Oct. 1

1. Homecoming Golf Tournament* – Smoky Hill Country Club, Registration 8 a.m., Shotgun Start 9 a.m. (Registration Full)
2. Tiger Bonfire – FHSU Robbins Center, 7:30 p.m.

Friday, Oct. 2

1. Bickle-Schmidt Athletic Complex Ribbon Cutting – Bickle-Schmidt Athletic Complex, 9 a.m.
2. Alumni Award Recipients Meet and Greet – Tebo Library, 9:30 – 11:00 a.m.
3. Oktoberfest – Hays Municipal Park, visit OktoberfestHays.com for details.
4. Half Century Club Social, Luncheon, and Induction* – Memorial Union, Ballroom, Social 11 a.m., Luncheon and Induction, 12 p.m. Price for luncheon is $25.
5. Campus Walking Tour – Gather in Memorial Union, Sunset Atrium, 1:30 p.m.
6. Class of 1966 and 1976 Optional Campus and Hays Bus Tour – Gather in Memorial Union, Sunset Atrium, 2 p.m.
7. Football Reunion and Social – Bickle-Schmidt Athletic Complex, 6:00 p.m. This event is for former FHSU football players and staff. Price for reunion and social is $30.
8. Alumni and Friends Awards Banquet* – Memorial Union, Ballroom, Social 6:30 p.m., Dinner 7:30 p.m. Price for banquet is $30.

Saturday, Oct. 3

1. Class of 1966 and 1976 Reunion Breakfast* – Memorial Union, Stouffer Lounge, 8:30 a.m. Price for breakfast is $20.

1. Library Employee Reunion Breakfast* – Tebo Library, Robbins Forum, 9 – 11 a.m. Group photo at 10 a.m. This event for former library employees is free to attend, courtesy of Deb Ludwig and Lynn Haggard.
2. Campus Buildings Open to Tour – 9 a.m. – 3 p.m.
3. Campus Walking Tour – Gather in Memorial Union, Sunset Atrium, 9:30 a.m.
4. Oktoberfest – Hays Municipal Park, visit OktoberfestHays.com for details.
5. Class of 1966 and 1976 Parade Watch Transportation – Memorial Union, Load West Side, 10:45 a.m.
6. Parade – The Bricks in Downtown Hays, 11 a.m.
7. Tebo Library Open House – Tebo Library, 1 – 3 p.m.
8. Tiger Tailgate* – Lewis Field Stadium, East Lawn, 5 p.m. Price for tailgate buffet is $20.
9. Football Game – Lewis Field Stadium, FHSU vs. Missouri Southern, Pre-Game 6:30 p.m., Kickoff 7 p.m. Purchase game tickets from FHSU Athletics by phone at 785-628-4050, online at FHSUathletics.com, or at the gate.
