ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. (AP) — Jackson Chourio and Brice Turang sparked Milwaukee's eight-run fifth inning, and the Brewers routed the Tampa Bay Rays 10-1 to move within one victory of their first World Series title. Rookie left-hander Robert Gasser pitched one-hit ball and faced the minimum through six innings as Milwaukee rolled to a 3-0 lead in the Series. Game 4 is Tuesday night at Tropicana Field, where many Brewers fans showed up Monday and cheered from behind the visitors’ dugout. Gasser allowed a line-drive single to Yandy Díaz leading off the bottom of the first and then retired 14 straight before Victor Mesa Jr. walked to start the Tampa Bay sixth.

The controversy arose after a video clip showed Mbappé discussing a meme depicting him as Mao. China's Ministry of Foreign Affairs and social media platform RedNote also criticized the comments. Mbappé's account on RedNote was banned from accepting new followers.
The WNBA has moved Game 6 of the finals between the Atlanta Dream and Golden State Valkyries to a 12:30 p.m. tipoff Thursday at the home area of the Atlanta Hawks so that the NBA can keep its previously scheduled primetime contest that day. The WNBA worked with the NBA to move the game to State Farm Arena. That is where Games 3 and 4 of the championship series were played. The only way the leagues could make it work was to play the early afternoon game. The Hawks have a home game that night against the Cleveland Cavaliers and the tip of that game was moved back an hour.
