After handing Dodge City their first loss of the season in a single game in Great Bend, the Red Demons got some revenge Thursday as they beat the Lady Panther softball team twice in a double header at Dodge.
The Red Demons took game one 13-4, then outlasted Great Bend 14-13 in the nightcap.
The Lady Panthers drop to 4-6 on the season and 2-2 in Western Athletic Conference play as they see their four game winning streak come to an end. Dodge City is now 7-1 overall and 4-0 in league play.
Great Bend returns home to take on Hays next Tuesday at the Great Bend Sports Complex.
