4. Marmie Collision Repair rezoning - 1015 Baker
Jerry Marmie spoke on behalf of Marmie Collision Repair at the Jan. 24 Planning Commission and requested a rezoning of 1015 Baker from C-3 (Central Business) to C-2 (General Commercial).
5. Tyson Ryff rezoning - 22 NE 20 Road
Tyson Ryff spoke at the Jan. 24 Planning Commission and requested a rezoning of property located at 22 NE 20 Road from LM-SC (Light Manufacturing / Service Commercial) to A (Agriculture).
6. James Wilson rezoning - 150 S. US 281 Highway
James Wilson spoke at the Jan. 24 Planning Commission and requested a rezoning of property located at 150 S. US 281 Highway from LM-SC to A.
7. Troy Rathbun rezoning - 185 S. US 281 Highway
Troy Rathbun spoke at the Jan. 24 Planning Commission and requested a rezoning of property located at 185 S. US 281 Highway from LM-SC to A.
8. Great Bend Recreation
The Great Bend Recreation Commission has asked to place and fund a piece of playground equipment with safe play surfacing at the Sports Complex.
9. Gallagher / FCMI consulting services
The city contracted with Gallagher/FCMI beginning March 1, 2023 for health insurance and other city benefits consulting services. A motion will be presented to continue the employee benefits consulting services renewal with Gallagher/FCMI for $40,000.
10. Acciona Energy
Adam Stratton with Acciona Energy will address the governing body.
