Narcotics Violation
At 2:50 a.m. an officer made a traffic stop at 12th & K-96
Highway. Laughn Seltmann was arrested for possession of controlled substances,
possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia, unlawful carry of a weapon.
K-9 Use / Call Out
At 2:56 a.m. K-9 Menta was utilized on a traffic stop at 12th &
K-96 Highway.
