At 3:57 p.m. David Kregger reported a vehicle theft at 3503 10th Street. The vehicle was located in the parking lot.
Narcotics Violation
At 3:59 p.m. a detective reported a narcotics violation at 21st & Polk. Brittney Collins was arrested upon charges of introduction of contraband, possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, no drug tax stamp, failure to signal and no insurance.
Traffic Arrest
