If your business or organization is interested in participating in the new Chamber Blue of Kansas, this Interest Survey MUST be completed. The survey will be live starting today, July 18 through Aug. 18. Completing this survey does not obligate you to participate. You will be provided with the rates based on the level of interest gathered during the open survey window. If you do not complete the survey, your business will not be able to enter the plan set to go live 1/1/2023.

The Great Bend Chamber of Commerce is excited to offer another benefit to our members. Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas, in partnership with the Chamber of Commerce Executives of Kansas (CCEKS) and local Chambers across the state have created an association health plan (AHP) – Chamber Blue of Kansas. This AHP offers member businesses access to health insurance associated with large group medical coverage.
Please take a few minutes to complete the survey: Chamber Blue Survey, found at GreatBend.org. Completing this survey allows your business to be eligible to enroll in Chamber Blue effective Jan. 1, 2023. If your business is currently enrolled with BCBSKS, you will simply include your business information and group number. If your business is not currently enrolled with BCBSKS, please complete the census which will include the name, date of birth, gender and zip code for each employee, spouse and dependents covered under your current plan or those you believe will want coverage under this plan. The deadline is August 18, 2022. The survey is to be completed one time per business by the person responsible for the decisions of the health benefits for your company. It is not to be passed to the employees to complete.

Two of the three scheduled sessions will be held at the Great Bend Chamber of Commerce Board Room located at 1125 Williams St., in Great Bend with a Zoom option available for all. Session #1 will be zoom-only. All sessions will be recorded.
